Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:

Returns are only accepted if the product is still in unused condition and as it was when it was sold. You must contact us within 14 working days if you are not satisfied with your product, after the 14 working days have passed after receiving your item, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund or exchange. When contacting us regarding a return or exchange please show proof of purchase. 

If your item is approved for a refund after we have received it back and inspected it you will receive the item(s) purchase cost refunded to the payment method used, postage costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If your item is damaged or not in the same condition as it was sent then we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. When sending your item(s) back to us you will need to cover the shipping costs. You must only use a trackable service to ensure your order gets back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost. *PLEASE NOTE - ALL liquid products (including adhesives) are nonrefundable due to the nature of the products, this is down to both health and safety and sanitary reasons. Please email us if you need any further clarification.

Received the wrong item:

 If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please keep all of your packaging and order confirmation to help us resolve this.

If you have received your order and the package/items are damaged or the items are missing you as a recipient must make a claim, you can do so by visiting royal mail's website, please allow 30 working days after submitting your claim. After your order has been packaged and shipped, as a sender I no longer have power or responsibility, the courier now does. If you have allowed enough time for your order to get to you and you may think the courier has lost your order, you can also put in a claim through royal mail's website. Please note that we can only provide estimated shipping time frames, order delayed due to our couriers striking and/or unexpected delays may happen.
