Shipping policy

All orders are shipped on business days Mon-Fri , we do not ship orders on the weekend or bank holidays.

NOTE: Processing time can take up to 1-2 working days.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

All of our orders are sent tracked. Please check your email for the confirmation/shipping as this will have your tracking number attached.

DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN:

If you have received your order and the package/items are damaged or the items are missing you as a recipient must make a claim, you can do so by visiting royal mail's website, please allow 30 working days after submitting your claim. After your order has been packaged and shipped, as a sender I no longer have power or responsibility, the courier now does. If you have allowed enough time for your order to get to you and you may think the courier has lost your order, you can also put in a claim through royal mail's website. Please note that we can only provide estimated shipping time frames, order delayed due to our couriers striking and/or unexpected delays may happen.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1-2 Working Days.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2-3 Working Days.

Royal Mail International Tracked: Up To 10 Working Days.
